The Filler Operator position is based in our California location and reports directly to the Production Supervisor. This role is crucial as it involves operating the filler and support equipment for product filling, ensuring product quality and safety, and adhering to monitoring requirements for Critical Quality Points (CQP) and Critical Control Points (CCP). The Filler Operator will perform product and package changeovers, minimize material and product loss, and conduct product quality checks. Additionally, the operator may be assigned to operate the Blow Molder as needed. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining production efficiency and quality standards, as well as a commitment to food safety and regulatory compliance.
