About The Position

Responsible for supporting production by operating basic filling equipment under direct supervision. The position focuses on following standard procedures, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. Requirements

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Attention to detail when handling products, labels, and materials.
Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and quality.
Dependability and ability to work in a team environment.
Basic math and reading comprehension for completing production logs.
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. independently and heavier loads with assistance.
Tolerance for exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

Operate basic filling and packaging equipment under direct supervision.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform routine equipment cleaning and simple set-ups.
Handle raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products carefully.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Accurately complete basic production logs and records.
Performs other duties as assigned.
