About The Position

The Strategic Technology Solutions division within the Department of Finance & Administration is seeking a Senior FileNet/KnowledgeLake Lead Developer to perform a vital role in the daily operations of the Enterprise ECM team providing services to over 23 state agencies. This role requires a deep understanding of the FileNet/KnowledgeLake suite of products as well as a deep understanding of the FileNet/KnowledgeLake API's using Java; any .NET development experience is also a plus. MUST BE LOCAL TO THE NASHVILLE AREA

Requirements

Must have a B.S. or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related field.
Experience in the design, development, troubleshooting, and implementation of large and complex IBM FileNet and KnowledgeLake Solutions.
Experience developing Java applications to interact with FileNet P8 and KnowledgeLake environments in order to perform such actions as inserting, retrieving, updating, and deletion of data.
Experience in the development of FileNet P8 and KnowledgeLake workflow maps and custom components.
Experience with FileNet P8 Content Platform Engine, Process Engine, Content Navigator, and FileNet P8 APIs.
Experience with KnowledgeLake APIs or the ability to learn.
Experience with IBM WebSphere Application server and deployed applications.
Experienced with administering and troubleshooting issues for a highly available and clustered P8 environment.
Experience with scanning and indexing solutions such as IBM DataCap, Kofax AutoStore, KnowledgeLake, and Capture Professional.
Experience working with SSL certificates and certificate vaults.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to troubleshoot logs and traces to determine root cause.

Responsibilities

Developing Java applications to interact with a highly available P8 FileNet environment and cloud KnowledgeLake environment.
Overseeing the data migrations/ingestions from multiple sources into FileNet P8 and KnowledgeLake.
Delivering solutions by analyzing, designing, and building projects in FileNet and KnowledgeLake environments.
Automating business processes by building documents classes, workflow maps, queues, and subscriptions to achieve desired tasks.
Performing demos of FileNet/KnowledgeLake and its components as needed.
Assisting in troubleshooting any FileNet P8/KnowledgeLake issues which may arise.
Mentoring of other ECM staff as needed.
