About The Position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with emphasis on fast and friendly service. Pricing & Signage Responsible for all pricing and documentation of pricing throughout the store. Hang all signs and tags for advertised specials and price changes. Maintain and complete resets for new items, refresh subscription selections, and replace tags as needed. Organize price changes, sort tags and signs by department/aisle, and hang price tags and signs throughout the store. Research and report pricing problems. Audits & Accuracy Conduct scan audits and ensure proper placement of tags and signs. Replace missing or damaged tags. Manage in-store markdown links according to Division Policy. Verify all tags and signs; research, report, and correct questionable items. Monitor “not-on-file” items and report to Division Backstage. Ensure pricing integrity throughout the store. Maintain placement of price accuracy guarantee signs on shelves and at the front end. Maintain tag subscription, Just 4 You, and all other batches. Compliance & Standards Knowledge of proper stocking procedures and store layout. Follow and maintain department standards and requirements. Comply with retail labeling laws, federal and state regulations, company policies, and code dating requirements. Comply with all workplace safety rules and regulations. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of work area and equipment. Implement emergency procedures in the event of equipment or software malfunctions. Operate computer software and electronic scanning devices. Comply with company grooming standards and dress code. Perform all job duties safely, accurately, and with honesty and integrity. Training & Leadership Train employees on store policies, sales, and record-keeping procedures. Identify and train employees with high potential for advancement opportunities. Other Responsibilities Working knowledge of company policies and guidelines as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Other necessary and required duties as assigned.
