The Digital Business Analyst at UFC plays a crucial role in collaborating with digital distribution teams to analyze platform performance and transactional data. This position focuses on understanding user acquisition, churn, and purchasing behaviors to inform marketing strategies and enhance user engagement through in-app promotions and social media initiatives. The analyst will also manage reporting and present findings to leadership, contributing to the growth of UFC's digital platforms.

  • Collaborate with UFC's digital distribution teams and partners to conduct platform and transactional analysis.
  • Research and analyze acquisition, churn, and purchase habits to develop recommendations for in-app promotions and marketing strategies.
  • Work with TVoD, SVoD, AVoD / FAST channel platforms and Google Analytics to support UFC's Digital PPV, Fight Pass, and Digital Content departments.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
  • Develop strategies to drive app downloads and test creative on app store fronts.
  • Partner with international teams to localize app store experience.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of TVoD, SVoD, and AVoD business.
  • Build and maintain reports and presentations to communicate performance to leadership.
  • Conduct ad hoc assignments including quantitative analysis and digital KPI modeling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Data Science preferred.
  • 2 years' experience in Digital Analytics and Strategy, Digital Business Intelligence, or as an analyst for a tech company or OTT service.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and other Microsoft platforms.
  • Experience with Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Store, Google Analytics, and digital KPIs.
  • Excellent attention to small details.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
