About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Trades Maintenance Scheduler on a full time 8&6 Roster to join the team in a newly created role based in Telfer, on Telfer Mine Site. FIFO from Perth Airport or DIDO options available for locals. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the successful applicant will be joining our established Facilities Maintenance team on site, providing top tier maintenance planning and scheduling services to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Requirements

• Proven experience in a facilities maintenance environment, FIFO experience referred
• Demonstrated competency in SAP
• Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card
• Police Check within 6 months
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Living in WA and able to FIFO from Perth Airport

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit day-to-day maintenance trade labour schedules, offering solutions to competing schedule demands’
• Scheduling of maintenance plans, enrolling suppliers, utilising SAP
• Submit monthly trade labour forecast schedules for contract/s created through our systems and process
• Ordering and Procurement. Both via manual quotation and ANSI processes
