About The Position
The Lead Fife/Drum Instructor at Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is responsible for providing musical instruction and training to juvenile members of the Fife and Drum Corps. This role involves ensuring quality performances with historical accuracy, conducting research on period music, and collaborating with the Fife & Drum Corps Supervisor to develop repertoire and performance schedules. The instructor will also participate in special events and initiatives, ensuring safety and security procedures are followed, and may serve as a performer when needed.
