Position Summary The Site Supervisor supports the day-to-day logistics of live entertainment productions, with a focus on scheduling support, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Site Supervisor plays a key part in ensuring events run smoothly and clients receive accurate, timely information and billing.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in an operations, production, or administrative role (live events or entertainment preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in scheduling software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily employee timekeeping, ensuring accurate clock-in and clock-out procedures for all on-site personnel.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors on site, coordinating their access, activities, and resolving any immediate concerns.
Manage and enforce all health, safety, and compliance protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing hazards promptly.
Take full responsibility for all on-site operations and activities, maintaining situational awareness and operational efficiency.
Authorize and implement any necessary schedule changes, shift adjustments, or operational modifications in response to real-time needs or emergencies.
