About The Position
The Department of Family Medicine at UCLA Health Systems is seeking to hire a Fieldwork Research Assistant & Health Coach. This position is integral to the QUIT-Mobile project, where the selected candidate will receive comprehensive training to fulfill both roles effectively. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the retention of approximately 1,000 adult primary care patients, which involves engaging with participants and performing specific intervention-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the well-being of low-income patient communities and will be required to travel to local clinics for participant engagement. This role is crucial in ensuring that the project meets its objectives and that patients receive the necessary support throughout their participation.
