About The Position

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Field Workers to support daily operations on-site. Field Workers will perform a variety of physical tasks outdoors, including manual labor, equipment handling, and maintenance. The ideal candidate is physically fit, follows safety procedures, and can work in all weather conditions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience performing outdoor manual labor, field work, maintenance, construction, landscaping, or similar physically demanding work.
Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work, including lifting 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and navigating uneven terrain in all weather conditions.
Ability to safely operate basic hand tools and equipment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass required background screening and pre-employment alcohol and drug testing.
First Aid/CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with the Tribe’s Constitution, laws, and culture is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, planting, lifting, or carrying materials.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment (e.g., hand tools, machinery).
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site.
Record and report daily work activities, issues, or safety hazards.
Adhere to company safety standards and protocols.
Assist in setting up and teardown of work areas or temporary structures as needed.
Transport materials or tools to and from the site.
Perform other duties as assigned.
