About The Position
We are looking for a high-energy Field Supervisor to manage our labor crews and keep our logistics running smoothly. Think of this role like a Store Manager, but your "store" is the job site and the warehouse. You won't be doing the manual labor; your job is to manage the people who do. We have a central office team (Dispatch) that handles the strategy and scheduling. We need you to take that schedule and make sure the crews execute it perfectly in the field. You are the enforcer of standards, time, and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Read/Write/Speak).
- Experience managing hourly teams (Retail, Restaurant, Staffing, or Hospitality).
- Clean Driving Record.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on project needs.
