Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Job Purpose: The Field Service Technician III as a key member of our field service team is responsible for assisting in the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of transformers and other related equipment. Maintaining safety is the top priority. This role requires assistant with training and mentoring less experienced technicians. This position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. Occasionally work is performed near moving mechanical parts, at heights, hazardous places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, temperature extremes, fumes, traffic, potential electrical shock hazards, noise pollution, and vibration.
