Requirements

  • Experience delivering training or coaching in a multi-unit or operational environment
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant or frontline operations
  • Ability to assess performance and translate gaps into actionable training
  • Proven communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, field-based role
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within an assigned region
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company travel requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting New Restaurant Openings or large-scale initiatives
  • Background in leadership development or talent identification
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven training (food safety, workplace safety, harassment prevention)
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional or regional leadership teams
  • Ability to influence without authority and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Execute market-level training strategies aligned to company priorities
  • Conduct restaurant audits and observations to assess training effectiveness
  • Deliver targeted, hands-on training and coaching for restaurant leaders
  • Lead training execution for New Restaurant Openings (NROs)
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with required training programs
  • Identify high-potential talent and recommend development opportunities
  • Partner with Operations and cross-functional leaders on training needs
  • Support in-training programs and readiness decisions
