Requirements

Experience delivering training or coaching in a multi-unit or operational environment
Strong knowledge of restaurant or frontline operations
Ability to assess performance and translate gaps into actionable training
Proven communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, field-based role
Willingness and ability to travel regularly within an assigned region
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company travel requirements

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting New Restaurant Openings or large-scale initiatives
Background in leadership development or talent identification
Familiarity with compliance-driven training (food safety, workplace safety, harassment prevention)
Experience partnering with cross-functional or regional leadership teams
Ability to influence without authority and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

Execute market-level training strategies aligned to company priorities
Conduct restaurant audits and observations to assess training effectiveness
Deliver targeted, hands-on training and coaching for restaurant leaders
Lead training execution for New Restaurant Openings (NROs)
Monitor and ensure compliance with required training programs
Identify high-potential talent and recommend development opportunities
Partner with Operations and cross-functional leaders on training needs
Support in-training programs and readiness decisions
