The Field Training Officer position is part of our Security Team, where you will help make the world a safer place. This role involves training and guiding new security personnel, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and requirements for the job. The position requires a minimum of four years of experience in the security industry, with a preference for candidates who have field training or instructional experience. Security positions are available in both full-time and part-time capacities, and the role emphasizes the importance of excellent customer service skills. As a Security Officer/Guard, you will observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites, providing security and safety for client property and personnel. You will also be responsible for maintaining order and enforcing regulations at the client site.
