The Field Training Manager (FTM) is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and delivering world-class training experiences across assigned locations. This role partners closely with General Managers, Regional Operations Directors, Ops Excellence, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and Support Center teams to facilitate training programs and validate consistent execution of brand standards. The FTM serves as a cultural and compliance ambassador, empowering leaders and teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while developing operational expertise in both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) environments.
