As a Field Bread and Pastry Training Specialist your duties are to support local cafes through training of new breads, Pastries and Front of the House duties. Requirements

High School diploma or higher;
3 years pastry experience is preferred;
Reliable vehicle - Local Travel Required (Mileage reimbursement provided)
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;
Acceptable verbal English communication skill;
Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts;
Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified;
Weekend and holiday availability

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.

Responsibilities

Train all Back of the House associates on proper technique to: separating, making, filling, baking, and receiving inventory.
Travel to local cafes to support and train
Provide sufficient bread products and maintaining bread quality to meet 85°C standard and completing designated tasks perfectly.
Teamwork and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding training program; to create an uplifting work atmosphere, for both your fellow employees and the customers.
Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
store associates will be expected to cross train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
