As a Field Trainer, you will deliver dynamic, in-person learning experiences that support new hire onboarding and ongoing development. Your responsibilities include facilitating training in areas such as new hire, customer experience, sales, and leadership, development, ensuring programs are engaging, practical, and aligned with business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with local leadership on class scheduling driven by hiring needs, local performance metrics, and operational goals. In this role, you’ll maintain certifications across multiple programs, including new hire onboarding for various lines of business, customer experience, sales, safety, leadership development, and coaching and performance support. By supporting North America Operations learning initiatives, you will play a critical role in driving new hire success, improving customer satisfaction, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering overall organizational growth.
