About The Position
KidStrong is seeking a passionate and energetic Field Trainer to join our team in Frisco, TX. This full-time position is integral to our mission of providing athletic play for children ages 1-11, utilizing certified coaches to help kids build the skills they need to become stronger and more confident. As a Field Trainer, you will support KidStrong Centers across the nation by training and encouraging adherence to our brand standards. You will work closely with the Training and Operations Teams to ensure that the standards set by KidStrong, Inc. are maintained and delivered effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent training to our franchisees and helping them develop world-class leadership and coaching teams. You will play a critical part in building the future of KidStrong by training and evaluating franchise leadership and coaching teams. The Field Trainer will also be responsible for maintaining company standards for operations and protecting our culture while achieving operational goals. The position requires significant travel, approximately 50-75%, as you will be traveling to various KidStrong Centers to conduct training sessions and certifications. You will assist in leading KidStrong Coach certifications and grand openings, working closely with the KidStrong HQ Team and Area Developers to implement effective training and coaching protocols. Continuous evaluation and improvement of the training experience will be a key focus, ensuring that all training aligns with the company's core values and beliefs. Additionally, you will participate in content development and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Center Operations, helping to create training tools and guidelines that enhance the coaching experience across all locations.
