About The Position

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Concrete Field Tester to join our team at the Warabrook Laboratory, 2 hours north of Sydney. Our ideal candidate will be someone who resonates with our company values of care, collaboration and a sense of ownership & accountability. You'll play a crucial part in testing concrete out in the field. Open to candidates with varying levels of experience in concrete testing, so we're looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you're physically fit and have a strong work ethic, you're just who we need! This is a permanent full-time role that includes weekend shifts, perfect for those who enjoy variety and flexibility, with RDOs and overtime to match.

  • Have a current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
  • Hold or are willing to obtain a valid Construction White Card

  • Are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve goals
  • Exhibit excellent health and safety behaviours
  • Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills (written & verbal)

Nice To Haves

  • Have qualifications in Testing Operations and/or Laboratory Techniques (not essential)

Responsibilities

  • Performing field testing in the Sydney/Greater Sydney areas
  • Carrying out equipment calibrations
  • Conducting laboratory testing operations
  • Ensuring NATA requirements are met
  • Assisting the technical team
