About The Position

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Concrete Field Tester to join our team at the Warabrook Laboratory, 2 hours north of Sydney. You'll play a crucial part in testing concrete out in the field. Open to candidates with varying levels of experience in concrete testing, so we're looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you're physically fit and have a strong work ethic, you're just who we need! This is a permanent full-time role that includes weekend shifts, perfect for those who enjoy variety and flexibility, with RDOs and overtime to match.

Requirements

Have a current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
Hold or are willing to obtain a valid Construction White Card

Are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve goals
Exhibit excellent health and safety behaviours
Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills (written & verbal)
Are physically fit

Nice To Haves

Have qualifications in Testing Operations and/or Laboratory Techniques (not essential)

Responsibilities

Performing field testing in the Sydney/Greater Sydney areas
Carrying out equipment calibrations
Conducting laboratory testing operations
Ensuring NATA requirements are met
Assisting the technical team

Great hourly rate starting at $32.07, with higher rates, up to $36/hour, depending on experience and competency level.
