About The Position

We are hiring Field Testers at Levels I, II, and III to join our Verification & QA Team in Fort Worth, Texas. These hands-on roles are responsible for validating ASI's autonomous software through real-world vehicle testing, simulation testing, and data analysis. This is a hybrid position that requires three days (Tuesday through Thursday) on-site. Field Tester I primarily focuses on physical vehicle testing in controlled test environments and off-site locations. Field Tester II includes all Field Tester I responsibilities with additional involvement in simulation testing and basic data collection and analysis. Field Tester III expands further by contributing to test automation, scalability validation, and troubleshooting complex system behaviors. All levels require individuals who are mentally and physically comfortable learning how to operate and test construction/heavy equipment during a two-week on-site ramp-up period.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software/hardware testing, validation, or quality assurance.
Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or similar) for test automation and data analysis.
Experience in troubleshooting complex system behaviors in real-world and simulation environments.
Strong ability to identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute advanced validation strategies for scalability testing.
Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex system behaviors.
Implement basic scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate test processes and analyze system performance.
Provide input on refining testing methodologies and processes.
