We are a flexible organization that can adapt to changing needs. This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Engineer I located in the Seattle, WA market. This role is for a Field Tester, meaning your assignments may vary each day based on test location and assigned testing which will be executed at either stationary or mobility test locations. The QA Engineer III will be responsible for test execution, quality assurance, manual testing, software testing, and post-processing logs. Also, they will be in charge of other duties such as maintaining inventory (check in/out procedures while maintain security protocols), shipments to/from office location, some travel if/when required and sending daily reports.

  • Experience with MediaTek, Samsung, and Qualcomm Chipsets
  • Experience in creating detailed technical reports
  • Basic knowledge of python and ability to read and understand code
  • Basic knowledge of visual basic and creating excel macros
  • Experience with PowerBi or other tool for creating reports from CSV or DB
  • Basic knowledge of DB architecture and how to formulate SQL query
  • Strong familiarity with 5G Data Performance KPIs and Call Performance KPIs
  • Basic understanding of e911 procedure and LPP
  • Experience troubleshooting network and device side issues
  • Familiar with JIRA systems
  • Familiar with writing defect reports and providing excellent communication to the customer
