Requirements

Experience in construction management, field operations, or territory supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and project coordination.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
High attention to detail with the ability to verify and evaluate field work accurately.
Ability to travel regularly between job sites within the assigned territory.
Proficiency with project management tools, reporting systems, and general office software.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support Site Managers across multiple construction sites within the assigned territory.
Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones and deadlines are being met.
Verify field-reported progress and confirm that completed work meets company standards and project specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality of work, and operational efficiency.
Identify challenges or obstacles impacting project timelines and work with teams to develop solutions.
Coordinate with internal departments including permitting, purchasing, scheduling, accounting, and executive management to ensure project progression.
Ensure Site Managers are meeting company expectations, maintaining productivity, and following established procedures.
Provide leadership, guidance, and accountability for field teams.
Maintain clear communication with upper management regarding project status, risks, and updates.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting from field teams.
Assist in improving operational processes and field performance across the territory.
