About The Position

We are looking for a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Seattle, WA area who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base on SONIFI products. We will supply you with the tools needed for success: a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support.

Requirements

• Technical degree plus one year of related experience in High-Speed Internet, Satellite TV, Digital TV, Telecom, CATV, MATV, Head-end, RF, Networking, or Computer Troubleshooting.
• High School Diploma or GED plus three years of work experience in relevant fields.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving habits.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Familiarity with healthcare environments and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on SONIFI products.
• Resolve technical issues independently and efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with hospitality and healthcare customers.
• Adapt to changing priorities and requests from customers.
• Travel occasionally outside of assigned region for work.
