About The Position

As a Field Technology Project Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering technology initiatives that empower our field organization. You'll combine your business acumen and technical expertise to drive strategic projects that enhance advisor productivity and strengthen our field technology ecosystem. You'll partner across business and technology teams to identify opportunities, manage large-scale projects, and deliver efficient, high-quality solutions that align with company priorities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field).
  • 3+ years of experience managing and executing small to mid-size, complex projects in financial services or a similar industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of small to mid-size technology projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the Field Technology Experience roadmap, managing capability delivery and vendor partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
  • Help translate business goals into actionable technology requirements and implementation plans.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for field technology, bridging business needs and technical capabilities.
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends, optimize performance, and inform decision-making.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of field technology projects - from concept through execution - ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
  • Partner with cybersecurity, data, and compliance teams to maintain high standards of security and governance.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams across the enterprise, including vendor management and integration efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across business lines, inspiring collaboration and accountability.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and champion innovative solutions.
  • Motivate and guide teams to deliver outcomes that support both field and enterprise goals.
