About The Position
As a Field Technician at EchoStar, you will represent DISH in customers' homes, simplifying their lives and introducing them to infinite smart home possibilities. You will work independently while enjoying support and collaboration from team members. Your key responsibilities will include managing your day to drive success, building rapport with customers, installing and servicing DISH products and smart home solutions, educating customers on product usage and smart home benefits, and selling products and services to enhance the home entertainment experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor, a clean work area, and respectful interactions at all times.
