About The Position

OnSight PROS is looking for a reliable Field Technician to capture detailed photos of rental properties for property managers. This opportunity is available in the Center Houston, TX area with flexible scheduling, allowing you to set your own availability 30-60 days in advance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License & insurance coverage
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly individuals
• Your own insured vehicle - you'll need to use it for work
• Willingness to drive at least 30 miles from your zip code
• Ability to fit a 4 ft. ladder in your car
• Comfortable using ladders and basic tools
• Tech-savvy (familiar with iPads or iPhones)
• OK with working outdoors in various conditions

Responsibilities

• Checking out single-family homes and noting their condition
• Snapping photos and jotting down comments about any issues
• Providing top-notch customer service
• Keeping things confidential
• Getting your hands dirty: carrying ladders, swapping smoke alarms and air filters, fixing door stops, etc.
• Working solo while following company rules
