As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be the face of our products and services, delivering essential and innovative technology that people use in everyday life. This entry-level role involves customer-facing interactions where you will install and repair services for our customers, educate them on the proper use of their Spectrum services and equipment, and perform installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades for residential customers. You will be equipped with proper training to work efficiently in the field, and you will enjoy working outdoors, learning technical skills, and building relationships.
