Requirements

• Ability to build rapport quickly and ensure client satisfaction.
• Problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Determination to face challenges, including working in small spaces and varying weather conditions.
• Adaptability to work in an agile environment.
• Physical capability to stand on ladders (up to 40 feet), lift over 70 lbs, and meet weight limit requirements of 335 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

• Represent DISH in customers' homes, simplifying their lives and introducing them to smart home possibilities.
• Work independently while enjoying support and collaboration from team members.
• Manage your day to drive success while benefiting from the support of a large, competitive company.
• Build rapport and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Install and service DISH products and smart home solutions.
• Educate customers on product usage and smart home benefits.
• Sell products and services to enhance customers' home entertainment experience.
• Maintain a professional representation of the company with a positive attitude and clean work area.
