About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Install and repair services for residential customers.
  • Educate customers on the proper use of Spectrum services and equipment.
  • Perform installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades.
  • Complete reconnects as trained.
  • Provide world-class customer service during all interactions.
