About The Position

We are looking for Field Technicians to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with world-class customers, stay technical, and enable scale – so think big. In partnership with Customer Success Managers and Solution Engineers, the Field Technicians are interacting with customers at every step of the journey – Form understanding the problem, planning a solution architecture, deploying it at scale and molding the generated data to create customer value .

Requirements

• Familiarity with BLE, RF, or other wireless technologies preferred
• Great communication skills to work with customers
• Amazing problem solving skills
• Ability to work well with a team
• Two-year college degree, technical school or equivalent work experience preferred
• 0 – 3 years of prior field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, testing, repairing and servicing technical equipment
• Perform onsite start up support, monitor installed equipment for proper operation, and make adjustments as needed
• Providing amazing service and customer support during field visits
• Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing
• Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organization
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned
