Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 75 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors, indoors, and in active job-site environments
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Provide general field support to restoration teams and job sites
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and staging materials, equipment, and supplies
• Perform basic labor tasks as directed to support daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, tools, and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and company standards while working in the field
• Support crews to help projects stay on schedule and operate efficiently
