You will be responsible for the setup, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user devices, ensuring secure and seamless IT operations for critical personnel and systems. This role requires a technically proficient and customer-focused professional who can proactively manage sensitive IT assets, deliver timely issue resolution, and support IT operations aligned with organizational and cybersecurity objectives. Occasional after-hours support may be required to resolve critical issues and maintain operational continuity.
