About The Position

Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company has an immediate opening for a construction materials testing (CMT) Field Technician. Duties will include the maintenance of field and laboratory data files, reports, letters, and other pertinent field data. The successful candidate will also maintain clear communications with the Project Manager regarding all aspects of the field operations, such as providing neat and orderly project documents.

Requirements

• NICET, ACI Field I & nuclear gauge certifications required.
• previous soil and concrete testing experience
• thorough understanding of standard test methods for all tests performed by a field technician
• be able to perform these tests in the field
• Must be able to use a nuclear density gauge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• a positive attitude
• good organizational skills
• a strong work ethic
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
