About The Position

OnSight PROS is looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Technicians . In this role, you will visit rental homes and take detailed photos for property managers to document the condition of the property. One of the best parts of this opportunity is the flexibility—you can set your own schedule 30 to 60 days in advance . Location: Irving, TX area What You'll Be Doing Inspect single-family homes and document their condition Take detailed photos and provide notes about any issues observed Provide professional and courteous customer service Maintain confidentiality when handling property information Perform light maintenance tasks, including: Carrying and using ladders Replacing smoke alarm batteries and air filters Fixing door stops Work independently while following company guidelines and procedures Requirements High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance Must be listed as an insured driver on the vehicle’s insurance policy Your own insured vehicle for work use Ability to transport a 4-ft. ladder in your vehicle Comfortable using ladders and basic tools Willingness to drive at least 30 miles from your zip code What We're Looking For Reliable and detail-oriented individuals Friendly and professional attitude Ability to work independently Tech-savvy and comfortable using iPads or iPhones Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions No prior experience is required. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Must be listed as an insured driver on the vehicle’s insurance policy
• Your own insured vehicle for work use
• Ability to transport a 4-ft. ladder in your vehicle
• Comfortable using ladders and basic tools
• Willingness to drive at least 30 miles from your zip code
