About The Position

For over 35 years, Crystal River Spas, a family-owned business, has been recognized as the Hot Tub Experts in the Roaring Fork Valley, serving as the exclusive distributor of Hot Springs Spas, Caldera Spas, and Endless Pools Fitness Systems. The company's primary goal is to deliver a world-class customer experience. Crystal River Spas and Soak Hot Tubs & Endless Pools is seeking an individual to join their water maintenance service team. This role involves assisting in maintaining weekly and bi-weekly customer accounts, performing drain and clean services, and providing support for deliveries or repairs as needed. The service area spans from Rifle to Aspen.

Requirements

• On-time, consistent arrival to work and reliable attendance
• Has a valid Driver’s License and clean, insurable driving record
• Eager to learn new skills
• Strong ability to navigate the Roaring Fork Valley
• Loves to be outdoors
• Able to work independently
• Able to safely lift, push and pull up to 100 pounds
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, and twist for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Thorough understanding of water chemistry and various sanitization systems
• Testing, diagnosing and balancing of water chemistry to company standards using supplied water care products and test kits
• Ability to interact with customers in a competent and professional manner with the ability to answer questions and advise customers on operations
• Clean and maintain filters, controls and other spa parts and accessories
• Accurate completion of all necessary documentation of service visits
• Willingness to work independently, along with a team setting as needed
• Drain & Clean services as needed
• Support spa and sauna deliveries with a team and lead
• Assisting other departments as needed
