About The Position

Vinmar International is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our operations by providing on-site technical assistance and ensuring that equipment and systems are functioning efficiently within our various locations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Field Technician or similar role in a technical support capacity.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments and diagnostics of equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide updates and solutions.
• Adhere to safety standards and industry regulations at all times.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Travel may be required as part of this role.
