We’re currently looking for a full-time Field Technician to join our team in Dubuque, Iowa. What You’ll Do As a Field Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our rental and customer equipment running smoothly and safely. Your day-to-day will include:

Requirements

Experience: 5-7 years in diesel equipment repair (hydraulic and electrical systems).
Education: Technical training and ability to read schematics preferred.
License: Valid Class A CDL preferred and good driving record.
Skills: Strong verbal, mathematical, and technical skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections on diesel equipment.
Travel daily to customer sites for field service.
Operate and maintain a field service truck.
Diagnose issues, request parts, and document service for invoicing.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations from the company, government, and equipment vendors.
