About The Position
Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is one of the nation’s leading service providers for coffee equipment, specializing in servicing a wide range of espresso machines, brewers, and grinding equipment from top manufacturers. The company is seeking a motivated and passionate Service Technician who loves coffee and is eager to learn a skilled trade, as no prior technical experience is required. In this role, the technician will perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and equipment installations, troubleshooting and repairing advanced coffee equipment while delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships. Although the work is primarily independent in the field, the technician will be part of a supportive team. New hires receive hands-on training by riding along with a certified technician and are enrolled in a certification program. Once trained and certified, they will be assigned their own work vehicle and service route. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for coffee, a willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements

- Must enjoy coffee, tasting
- Smartphone proficiency for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must maintain a reliable smartphone capable of accessing required training, scheduling, and communication tools.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work and training during the initial training period.

Responsibilities
- Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
- Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable service adhering to safety standards.
- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
