About The Position

About the role: We are seeking hard-working and dependable Field Technicians to support a hands-on installation project across school district sites in the DFW area. This is a physically demanding role that requires frequent heavy lifting, the use of tools, and travel between job sites throughout the day. Ideal candidates will have a background in light construction or general labor, be comfortable working with power tools, and possess the flexibility to adapt to a rotating schedule.

Requirements

• Must pass a strict School District background check
• Own reliable transportation (site-to-site travel required)
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials regularly
• Experience with power tools, light construction, or general labor
• Willingness to work a changing schedule and shift between day/night work
• Able to follow safety protocols and respect school district environments
• Punctuality and accountability for on-site reporting

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in field deployment, installation, or construction
• Familiarity with working in schools or public institutions

Responsibilities

• Install TVs, whiteboards, and related hardware
• Perform minor painting and general setup work
• Lift, carry, and transport heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
• Navigate ladders and perform overhead installations
• Follow detailed instructions and complete work at various school sites
• Maintain a professional demeanor on school property
• Travel between multiple locations each day (must have own transportation)
