This role will support a territory that covers parts of Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, and Idaho. The chosen candidate would be responsible for leading and facilitating service-related activities and providing technical support, within the company and externally, for all Flexco products. Field Specialists at Flexco have a variable compensation structure that can be anywhere from $70,000.00 to $90,000.00, or more, depending on skills, education and experience.

Requirements

Broad specialized training equivalent to 2 years of college.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
MSHA training completed
The ability to work in an underground environment
Must be able and willing to complete MSHA training

Responsibilities

Facilitate and provide service-related activities in coordination with Flexco Territory Managers, through distribution channel partners and direct with end-users
Facilitate conveyor audits at customer site locations
Provide product field support services in coordination with Flexco Territory Managers, through distribution channel partners and direct with end-users
Make joint sales calls and conduct customer presentations
Troubleshoot product application challenges and provide solutions
Participate in and support trade show efforts
Conduct product demonstrations, coordinate product test site locations, assist in new product launches
Conduct and present internal and external product training to Flexco Territory Managers, distribution channel partners and end-users by demonstrating features and benefits
Participate in classroom and “road show” training
Provide technical support to Flexco sales organization, customers and internal
Provide selling support in the areas of custom quotes and bid proposals for all Flexco products.
Coordinate supply of technical drawings and literature
Support marketing initiatives for related installation and training videos
Provide input for new product development and service strategies for all Flexco products.
Participate in the continuous improvement of product quality and performance
