ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Field Technician to join our team in Altadena, CA. This is a contingent position set to end 12/31/2025. This position will provide IT Support in a heterogeneous environment (Windows, Mac and some Linux) with a high focus on problem resolution and customer service. It will be responsible for resolving a range of requests and meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands. IT Support in this role is a fast-paced in support of laptops, mobile devices, password resets/synchronizations software issues and RSA Token provisioning.
