About The Position

The Field Technician position at Spectrum is an entry-level role focused on delivering essential technology services to customers. Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use hand tools and measure distances accurately.
• Strong communication and professionalism skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret analytics from meters and handheld devices.
• Physical ability to lift up to 90 lbs and climb ladders up to 32 feet.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Familiarity with telecommunications equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services for residential customers.
• Educate customers on the proper use of Spectrum services and equipment.
• Perform installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades.
• Complete reconnects as trained.
• Provide world-class customer service during daily interactions.
