About The Position
As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be the face of our products and services, delivering essential and innovative technology that people use in everyday life. This entry-level role involves customer-facing interactions where you will install and repair services for our customers, educating them on the proper use of their Spectrum services and equipment. You will perform installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades for residential customers while providing world-class customer service. The position requires working outdoors in various conditions and locations, using hand tools, and working independently with minimal supervision.
