About The Position
As a Field Technician, you’ll be on the front line installing and servicing smart home and satellite technology, educating customers, and providing top-notch service in every home you visit. You will install and troubleshoot Dish services and Smart Home equipment (Nest, Google, Polk, etc.), perform home visits, site surveys, and ensure broadband connection quality. Additionally, you will present product options and recommend additional services, drive to various job sites—some may be 30+ minutes away, and maintain high-quality service standards, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction.
