About The Position

The Field Technician w/CDL 1 operates a commercial vehicle and provides delivery
and setup of the Company’s rental equipment to customer locations. Performs
preventative maintenance and service on equipment in the field in a safe and
efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Works with ethics, honesty, values, and integrity. Provides a position of professionalism to others.
• Delivers, sets up, swaps, and fuels equipment on customer locations.
• Operates Company commercial vehicles pulling trailers and equipment in accordance with policy and safety procedures.
• Maintains and completes required logbooks, DVIR, and all other DOT required forms.
• Completes starting and charging repairs on ICE (internal combustible engine) powered equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance and service on equipment.
• Uses all electrical tools, safety devices, and equipment in accordance with policy and safety procedures.
• Follows procedures to complete Short Service Employee requirements.
• Adheres to all state and federal DOT laws.
• Completes all required monthly safety and equipment-related trainings.
• Answers Company-issued cell phone during on call hours, in accordance with Company and safety policies.
• Any other duty, responsibility or task as assigned by the supervisor.
