Field Technician Turf Cleaning - Pressure Washing (North Los Angeles)

Requirements
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently in outdoor environments.
- Clean driving record; comfortable driving large vans (trailer experience a plus).
- Prior turf cleaning experience preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Willing to travel to Arizona and Vegas.
Responsibilities
- Turf Cleaning & Restoration: Clean, groom, and deodorize artificial turf surfaces.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service and discuss turf maintenance needs.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the company-provided vehicle clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other technicians and management for consistent service.
- Problem Solving: Handle on-site issues independently and meet customer needs.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines for equipment and outdoor work.
- Travel: Willing to travel out of state for scheduled jobs.
