Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Experience with winch trucks and hauling frac tanks.
  • Experience installing piping, pumping, tank storage, and instrumentation systems.
  • Ability to train department personnel and provide guidance.
  • Ability to read work orders and determine material and equipment needs.
  • Ability to select pipe sizes and types according to specifications.
  • Ability to load, secure, and unload materials and equipment.
  • Ability to assemble and secure pipes and fittings according to specifications.
  • Ability to inspect and test installed systems and pipelines.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools for maintenance and modification of systems.
  • Ability to complete department paperwork.
  • Ability to execute change orders in the field.
  • Ability to promote cooperation and communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to use a calculator, cellular telephone, and tape measure/ruler.
  • Able to read a map and calculate distances.
  • Must be motivated, a team player, safety-oriented, and have a customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Must possess a Valid Class A CDL.
  • Winch truck experience & hauling frac tanks.
  • Experience installing piping, pumping, tank storage, and instrumentation systems.
  • Train department personnel including providing day-to-day instruction and guidance on how to perform work safely, quickly, and with quality workmanship.
  • Inspects finished jobs to ensure quality control standards have been met.
  • Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.
  • Select pipe sizes and types and related materials according to specifications.
  • Load, secure, and unload materials and equipment with appropriate tools, machinery, and other equipment according to specifications.
  • Assemble and secure pipes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications.
  • Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines, using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods.
  • Use hand and power tools to modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, pumps, and related machines and equipment following specifications.
  • Complete department paperwork as assigned.
  • Execute change orders as required in the field.
  • Promote cooperation and good communication with all Branch and Corporate personnel.
  • Be an active participant in the Company's Safety Culture.
  • Know and practice company's value proposition.
