Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in confined spaces and various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
  • Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair service issues.
  • Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at customer premises.
  • Suggest upgrades to existing services and educate customers on their equipment.
  • Take on additional duties to support the company's purpose and values.
