Ability to work at heights and in various outdoor conditions.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Strong attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset.

Able to pass a physical and work safely at heights.
Ability to work independently or with a team.
Experience performing quality work in construction.

Some college or construction-related experience is a plus.
