About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Technician III to join our team in the telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of telecommunications systems, including cable and fiber optic networks, wireless systems, and other communication equipment. They will be required to troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and provide outstanding service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions and environments
• Experience with fiber optic splicing and testing, as well as with wireless networks, is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems, including cable and fiber optic networks, wireless systems, and other communication equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems with telecommunications equipment and systems
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients and team members
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
